Karikeepsrunning- yes I am. 
Onehundredstepstoperfect- I do that, I just don’t get hungry. The other day I had a banana for breakfast (I meant to have scrambled eggs as well but got distracted and forgot to make them), I forgot to eat lunch, and didn’t even realize until it was dinner time that I’d hardly eaten that day because I hadn’t felt hungry at all.

  1. onehundredstepstoperfect said: Maybe plan out some food for the day. Don’t worry about calories. And then set alarms on your phone to remind yourself to grab something you planned out.
